What this website does (and does not do)
- We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels or website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
- We do not set cookies ourselves for tracking or advertising.
- This site is a simple information site with a contact form.
What personal data we collect
1. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if you provide it)
- Message content
The form is processed on our own website server using a secure script that emails your enquiry directly to pamela@padesigns.co.uk. We do not use a third-party form service.
2. Direct contact
If you email, call or message us (including via WhatsApp or Facebook), we will process the personal data you choose to give us so we can reply and, where relevant, provide architectural services.
3. Technical data from hosting and fonts
- Our website host may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and server operation. We do not use this for marketing.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may send a request (including your IP address) to Google to fetch those fonts. We do not control Google’s processing of that technical data.

Who we share data with
We only share personal data where needed to run the website or respond to you, for example:
- Email and hosting providers - to run our website, process the contact form and deliver email
- Professional advisers or authorities - only if required by law or to protect our legal rights
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months if no project follows), unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing project, legal or insurance reasons. You can ask us to delete enquiry data sooner where we are not required to keep it.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not set tracking cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to erase data in certain circumstances
