New build homes
A new home is designed around its site, the planning context and your brief.
The brief
Pamela McCormick, ARB-registered architect, designs bespoke new dwellings, contemporary or traditional, from first sketch through planning.
New build homes
We begin with the site: access, orientation, neighbours and what the planners are likely to accept. Then we develop a design that fits the plot and the way you want to live.
Custom home design
Every new home we design is one-off: the number of bedrooms, the layout, the materials and the relationship to the garden all follow your brief rather than a standard plan.

Questions
Can you help find out whether a plot can be built on?
We can look at the site and talk through what planning is likely to involve before you commit to a design.
Do you design both contemporary and traditional homes?
Yes. The design follows the site and the brief.
